Chris Lythgo is the principal of Seajay Consulting Ltd. A former Canadian Military Engineering Officer and senior technical vice president of a large Canadian public transit agency, he has over 35 years experience in the public sector at the Canadian federal and provincial levels of government, with national and international experience. He has extensive experience in facilities management, capital program management and project implementation. During eight years with the tenth largest public transit system in North America he has acquired considerable expertise in alternative fuel technologies for transit bus fleets, bus transit operations and maintenance, and light rail project requirements. His senior management responsibilities have also included accountability for logistics, supply chain management, environmental, and information systems support functions.
Pierre Ducharme, BBA, DSAPierre Ducharme is the principal of MARCON DDM Management Consultants. He has directed the strategic planning process of more than 75 different organizations in various industrial and service sectors including the telecommunications printed boards industry, the consulting engineering industry, the energy sector, the heavy machinery manufacturing, the metal transformation industry, the mining equipment industry, the recreational vehicles industry, the automotive parts sector, the electrical products sector, the heating systems industry, the specialty textiles industry, and others. He has developed first hand expertise in the hydrogen technology and fuelling sectors.
Allan T. Collier, BA, MBAAllan Collier is a seasoned professional who has dedicated more than twenty five years to public sector planning, operations and management at both the federal and provincial levels. Allan enables clients to see opportunities, define challenges and analyze options to design and implement creative strategies in response to both threat and opportunity. His principal mission is to enable organizations, large and small, to get started, get healthy and get noticed. To deliver on this mission, Allan draws on his proven ability to frame circumstances, articulate needs, mediate conflict, manage process, craft strategy and communicate results. Most recently, as Director of the Strategic Industries Branch of the British Columbia Trade and Investment Office, Allan led a team that promoted innovative goods and services to international markets and investors. He worked closely with the aerospace, biotechnology, alternate energy and fuel cells, information technology / news media, environmental solutions, and, cultural industries.
John A. Foster, PhD, QEP, RP Bio, CEA, EMS(LA)Dr. John Foster has been an environmental consultant for over 30 years. John has conducted environmental impact assessments on mining (coal, metal, diamonds, precious metals, aggregates), marine and onshore oil & gas development, pipelines, railway, highway and rapid transit transportation projects, airport development, hydroelectric and thermal power generation, electrical transmission, manufacturing, solid, liquid and hazardous waste disposal and manufacturing projects such as aluminum and magnesium smelters and ammonia plants. John has worked on projects in all provinces and territories of Canada, several U.S. states, and other countries such as Mexico and Brazil. He has appeared before numerous hearings and other official bodies as an expert witness. John is a Certified Environmental Auditor and a Certified Environmental Management Lead Auditor (CEAA #96001), a Qualified Environmental Professional with the Institute of Environmental Practice, and a Registered Professional Biologist (B.C.). He is a qualified Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS) 18001 Lead Auditor.
Brian Graystone, MBA, CMC, P.Log.Brian Graystone is a master practitioner in the field of supply chain management and is the Principal of Graystone Logistics Solutions. He has over 25 years of supply chain experience as a military logistician, with Non Government Organizations, industry and as a consultant in Canada and internationally. Brian has experience across a wide range of companies and industries including alcoholic beverages, printing, grocery, transportation, high technology, retail, pharmaceuticals, light manufacturing, third party logistics, e- business and health care. His philosophy is that supply chain management principals can be applied to virtually any company - including services. He maintains a leading edge consulting practice through annual professional development and by lecturing in supply chain management at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. Brian also consults to firms needing operations management expertise. Brian has served on the boards of the Canadian Material Handling and Distribution Society, Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Canada and is a member of the British Columbia Trucking Association.

Abd El Halim, B.A.Sc., M.A.Sc., Ph.D., P.Eng.Dr. Halim is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario and Director of the Centre for Geosynthetics Research Information and Development. He has lectured and consulted in many countries around the world, including Canada, the U.S.A., Britain, Egypt, Japan, Australia and Jamaica in the fields of: construction and compaction of asphalt pavement; Design and analysis of asphalt pavement systems; field monitoring of long-term asphalt performance; experimental design and analysis; material behaviour under high-speed impact; use of polymer geogrids in highway infrastructure; and, the application of the concept of relative rigidity on different engineering systems. He is the inventor of a new asphalt roller called the "AMIR" which has been of interest to a number of national and international asphalt roller manufacturers. He has also been instrumental in designing the first In-Situ Asphalt Shear Test Machine. He is the recipient of many national and international awards, including the 2005 Sanford Fleming Award and the author of hundreds of published papers and articles.
Bill Low, BEng, MSc, PEng, MCIPBill Low is the President of Cascade Facilities Management Consultants Ltd., a group of professionals who offer a variety of facilities management services to meet the needs of public sector building owners. Clients in 2004 include school districts, municipalities, university colleges, and BC Hydro. Bill is a professional engineer and a professional planner. He has a Bachelor of Engineering from Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario, and a Masters of Science in Planning from University of British Columbia, and is registered with both the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC) and the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP). He recently completed 15 years as Director of Facilities at Coquitlam School District, the third largest school district in BC, managing facilities and resources during a period of extreme growth, including planning and construction of 30 new schools, a community centre, and renovations to 45 schools. Bill serves on the executive of the BC Chapter of the Council of Educational Facilities Planners International, and is BC director of the Plant Operations Support Program.
John McKay, BSc, PEng CMVPJohn is President of Cantigua Energy Group Ltd., which provides commercial sector energy planning support by conducting audits, portfolio assessment, implementation planning, grant applications, tracking and monitoring software and data services. He is past Manager of Resource Conservation for Coquitlam School Board, managing a budget of $5M for a portfolio of 638,000 sq m of 79 schools, and providing energy management services to other school districts by cost-recovery for 450 schools in BC. John is a former BC Hydro Power Smart Inc. Technical Program manager, former Chief Building Inspector, City of North Vancouver, and, a former Departmental Mechanical Engineer, External Affairs Department, Ottawa, responsible for standards and design of new construction and retrofits of Canadian embassies around the world.  John is trained in ISO14064 for energy and GHG projects.
